RETAIL SALESPERSON SPIFF
Congratulations! We are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in the 2017 DuraCeramic spiff.
- A Scorecard must be filled out for each job sold.
- Scorecards may be duplicated.
- Qualifying products are DuraCeramic Origins and DuraCeramic Dimensions.
- All DuraCeramic cartons must be sold between May 15, 2017 and August 31, 2017.
- Minimum qualifying quantity is 170 square feet of current running line patterns.
- Earn $5.00 per carton sold.
- Submit copy of customer invoice showing customer information, date and quantity.
- Submit copy of distributor invoice, if available.
- All DuraCeramic 2017 Spiff Scorecards must be postmarked by October 15, 2017.
- All jobs registered will be audited.

- All payouts will be made at the end of the spiff. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of American Express Gift Card.
